The Value of Childlike Faith

We often hear that we should have faith like a child. What does that mean for us as believers? When we embrace a childlike faith, we learn to trust God wholeheartedly without the doubts that can cloud our minds as adults. This faith allows us to approach God with openness and vulnerability, resting in the assurance that He is in control of every situation we face.

When we take the time to explore Scripture and God’s creation, we grow in our understanding and appreciation of His greatness. Let this childlike curiosity inspire us to seek God daily, asking questions and remaining open to His revelation.

  1. As I’m enjoying reading and studying about being like a child. I’m a 64 year old young lady. Surprised to say I needed to know exactly how and what God ment to be like a child when coming to him. I had my ideas but for years in my spirit I never stayed steady. Because within myself I would try to figure it out. Until there was a man I prayed for had gotten hit and killed by a 18 wheeler, while working on a car on the side of the highway. No protection hit his natural body. This is after about 5 months I had went to God to heal him from his sick bed where according to his brother the doctor had wrote him off.
As an Evangelist/Prophetess I had a hard time understanding why, because he didn’t do as God said. That He (God) didn’t allow him to pass away in sickness. So in this I sought God for understanding about my action towards Him about what He chose to do in the mans death. And what God showed me was; me getting down out of His lap and turning to Him shaking my finger at Him trying to tell Him why, and what, He could have done about His disobedient son. As He said, this is something He has been doing from the beginning of the creation. He just allowed me to see. It humbled me somewhat, and I knew I needed to do work on me about staying as a child unto God. And in this information I was blessed to find it has more than what I was expecting and greatly needed and I so appreciate it. And thankful to the people that had and has a ear to hear from God. To had put this information out.
    God bless you
